Lightweight, minimalist 7.5° elevation for industrial and warehouse roofs. Suitable for two different roof mounting systems P-30 and P-mini. And flexible in orientation thanks to a cross connector.

Suitable for all mounting profiles, the KV-AS cross connector offers the option of rotating the AS-100-75 elevation by 90° on all system profiles.

Technical information
- AS-100-75 / for elevation of 7,5° consisting of two profile pieces - short for the front, long for the rear
- The 100mm width of the AS-100-75 mounting system allows flexible support positions for the modules if the bead spacing and the module widths do not match perfectly.
- Clamping foot compatible with all DICONAL® system profiles P-mini, P-30, P-40 und P-80
- Module terminals can be used directly

Application
Trapezoidal sheet metal roof aligned to the eaves or ridge. Elevation angle 7.5°.

DICONAL® AS-100-75-mini-125
Application
Trapezoidal sheet metal roof aligned to the verge. Elevation angle 7.5°.

Installation tools

Installation
- Roof layout according to technical specifications.
- P-30 Alignment to the eaves or ridge
- P-mini Alignment to the verge
- Fasten P-30 and P-mini with rivets or screws
- AS-100-75 Insert and align the support brackets at the front and rear of the base profile.
- Secure AS-100-75
- Modules are attached using MMK and MEK module clamps..
Practical tip module positioning
The module clamp should always be mounted centrally on the 100 mm wide support. This results in a contact areaⓂof 40 mm for the two modules on the left and right. Important! The contact areaⓂmust be at least 10 mm wide.
DICONAL® AS-100-75
Elevation

The minimalist DICONAL® - AS-100-75 elevation system offers the same functionality as complex elevations with minimal material usage. The prerequisite for use is fastening to the substructure.
Flat roof / pitched roof

DICONAL® Flat roof elevation AS-100-75 can also be used on light pitched roofs.
Roof connection

P-30 or P-mini profile sections are attached to the trapezoidal sheeting, forming a stable base for the supports. In this example, the P-30 profiles allow for flexible adjustment. Coordinating the trapezoidal sheeting and module dimensions is significantly simplified.
Planning

The DICONAL® planning software allows for quick, easy and reliable planning taking into account the local conditions, the roof surface and the modules used, and a project report provides the end customer with all relevant data in project documentation.
