P-30 Advantages

• Good static load distribution
• This type of installation reduces the suction effect on the outer skin of the roof covering by the weight of the PV system.
• Fastened with thin sheet screws or blind rivets approved by the building inspectorate.
• Only two components required for installation.
• No need to transport long profile bars -
• Coordinated with the bead spacing of the profile sheets.
• The profile sections are pre-drilled and sealed with sealing tape.

• Profile cross-section 90 x 30 mm
• EPDM seal included
• P-30 are pre-drilled
• Hole spacing 66 mm
• Various lengths are available depending on the bead spacing
• Fastened directly with thin sheet screws without pre-drilling
• Alternatively with blind rivets / pre-drilling is required in this case

Mounting

1. Roof layout depends on module dimensions
2. Align the first row using a chalk line.
3. P-30 Place the holder in position, pre-drill with sheet metal drill Ø 5,00 mm and fix it with 4 blind rivets. Alternatively, the fastening can also be carried out with the thin sheet screw without pre-drilling.
4. Place the next rows using a wooden template. After 10 rows, check the direction again with a string.
5. Module clamps MMK + MEK can be used directly into the P-30 profiles

Elevation AS-100-75

1. The elevation AS-100-75 can easily be inserted and fixed
2. With the crossconnector KV-AS the elevation can be rotated by 90°
