Pitched roof PV - Mounting system DICONAL®
DICONAL® PV mounting systems for pitched, gable, or monopitch roofs. DHP roof hooks for pantile and tile roofs. DHS roof hooks for slate roofs. P-30 short tracks, GH sliding support, or hanger bolts for trapezoidal, corrugated, or sandwich sheet roofs, and standing seam and Kalzip® clamps for standing seam roofs. All DICONAL® roof fasteners are delivered pre-assembled with the KV-40 profile connector.
Pantile roof hooks
DICONAL® DHP pantile roof hooks with KV40 profile fastening are mounted on the roof-supporting substructure. Roof tiles must be recessed at the location of the roof hook. The P-40 profile level is then installed using the pre-assembled KV-40 clamp. The modules can then be secured with the MEK and MMK module clamps.
Slate roof hooks
DICONAL® DHS roof hooks with KV40 profile connectors for slate roofs are mounted on the roof-supporting substructure. The slate must be recessed and resealed at the location of the roof hook. The P-40 profile level is then installed using the pre-assembled KV-40 clamp. The modules can then be secured with MEK and MMK module clamps.
Trapezoidal sheet metal roof P-30
On a stable (walkable) trapezoidal sheet metal roof with a sheet metal outer skin, the P-30 short rail system can be mounted directly onto the trapezoidal sheets using special blind rivets or thin sheet screws. The solar modules can then be easily attached to the P-30 profile sections using MEK and MMK system clamps.
Trapezoidal roof sliding support
For self-supporting trapezoidal sheet metal roofing without surface stability (not suitable for pedestrians), the GH sliding support system offers a simple way to create a profile plane. Solar modules can be quickly secured to this substructure using MEK and MMK module clamps. The sliding supports are mounted with blind rivets or thin sheet screws.
Corrugated or trapezoidal sheet metal roof
Corrugated or trapezoidal sheet metal roofs, which are not suitable for installation in the sheet skin, require anchoring in the substructure. DICONAL® S-10 / S-08 hanger bolts with KV-40 profile clamps offer a secure, easy way to construct a substructure with DICONAL® mounting profiles. The solar modules are installed using MEK and MMK module clamps.
Standing seam roof
For PV installation on standing seam roofs, standing seam clamps from the DICONAL® PV mounting system offers the perfect solution. In addition to universal clamps, DICONAL® also offers customized solutions.
Kalzip®
For photovoltaic projects on Kalzip® roofs, original Kalzip® clamps combined with DICONAL® profile cross-sections offer the perfect solution. This product is approved by Kalzip® for use on aluminum standing seam roofs.
Bitumen shingles
Continuous product development also includes finding the right solution for unusual roof coverings, such as bitumen shingles. Our DICONAL® PV mounting system allows for numerous combinations.
